Surfing the profiles I've found two tonight that really push the boat out. The first was a late 40s something Mr Bean type, half bald, wearing his Addidas trackies in various sex-kitten poses over his settee & bed!! The other beauty was a chap who told it like it is & said in his blurb that he's a mans man & likes to moan & fart!!! I mean wtaf? Yeah, that really does it for me. Vom. You seen any howlers?

It's kind of depressing and funny reading this thread . Makes dating a lot harder for guys (like me) who are genuinely looking to meet someone . Some of us aren't weirdos or perverts . Maybe that's why us genuine guys struggle as some of those stories make us all look bad.

No, you won't struggle! I've met normal guys. The problem is, they know that they're normal and that that gives them a 'currency', they won't settle for the first woman they're attracted to who theyy click with. They'll want to interview another couple of hundred.

My friend sent me a photo of a guy that had approached her through online dating. I know it was mean of us buy oh my words, he was grim. Really scruffy, dirty and smoking a fag sat on the dirtiest sofa with an overflowing ashtray perched on the arm. Ripped nicotine stained wallpaper in the background.

Readfox. That might be true for some .that's not me . The problem with OLD is getting that across in a short profile ,guess that's why I've had little success .

For balance, I have been told by men i have met that its nice to meet a normal attractive woman who hasnt put a 10yr old pic up of when she was 3stone thinner!! So i guess men have horror stories too.
