Should I ask him up here?

Look I know it's Sunday and the sun is shining.. But pleease I need some encouragement . I posted my story on 'what's the most embarrassing thing that's happened to you?' thread yesterday and feel it's time to look wider for help.

Cutting long story short - bloke I fancy lives in garden flat below me. Pretty sure he's single, another neighbour reckons so too. Me, hung washing out on my balcony (mostly undies), windy day, they all flew off and landed in his garden downstairs. I plucked up the nerve to go down there ask him if I could get them, he agreed very nicely offered to help. I refused it and sprinted through his place, to garden, picked, (I thought), all my washing up and was leaving hurriedly, managed to catch bra strap in door handle, they all fell on his floor and I banged head on his living room door. I gathered up all items again and ran home burning with embarrassment.

Day later, knock on door, I answered in old jogging bottoms, filthy old vest, and cat shit, litter tray shovel in my hand. It was him, with a pair of my huge, grey baggies in his hand. He gave them (lovely smile) to me, and made a witty remark. Told me his name and that he's a plumber etc.. I, through half-opened front door , snatched nix off him, in tears of embarrassment. He left saying if he found anymore he'd bring them back..

Anyhow couple of days on and I'm calm and looking incredibly gorgeous, his car is downstairs and I have leaking tap. Should I ask him up here???? If so, how?? WTF do I say??

CarbeDiem · 17/05/2015 23:22

Hey! OP stop shagging Where's the update? I really want to go to bed but had a sneaky peak to see if you'd been back.

Lweji · 17/05/2015 23:24

Leave them be. Plumbus interruptus is not a desirable outcome at all.

CarbeDiem · 17/05/2015 23:30

Sheesh! Lweji OP could have managed a quick update over his shoulder - Coitus Rightnowtus would have sufficed :)

TummyButtonFluff · 18/05/2015 00:03

Hope he's cleared any blockage seriously OP? Very entertaining!

SelfLoathing · 18/05/2015 02:22

DoctorTwo · 18/05/2015 04:42

Pasta Carbonara and grey crungers? Phwoar... Hope your evening was wonderful OP, here's to a lovely future.

ItsRainingInBaltimore · 18/05/2015 04:48

Waiting for an update OP….although if it isn't already too late I'd say try really hard not to shag him in too much of a hurry. He lives downstairs and if it's going to be a disaster/one night stand you could do without the awkward embarrassment every time you bump into him putting out the bins…..

Slowly slowly catchy monkey would be best in this case.

sourdrawers · 18/05/2015 07:36

Sorry for the delay.. He's just left..We cuddled and talked all night. I'm completely shattered and late for work. Thanks to all,, you're so supportive, and deserving of lots of detail - will have to be later though..

What's awesome Sunday, I'm a little jealous (and I've been with the Mr for 7years with no desire to trade him in!)
