Should I ask him up here?

Look I know it's Sunday and the sun is shining.. But pleease I need some encouragement . I posted my story on 'what's the most embarrassing thing that's happened to you?' thread yesterday and feel it's time to look wider for help.

Cutting long story short - bloke I fancy lives in garden flat below me. Pretty sure he's single, another neighbour reckons so too. Me, hung washing out on my balcony (mostly undies), windy day, they all flew off and landed in his garden downstairs. I plucked up the nerve to go down there ask him if I could get them, he agreed very nicely offered to help. I refused it and sprinted through his place, to garden, picked, (I thought), all my washing up and was leaving hurriedly, managed to catch bra strap in door handle, they all fell on his floor and I banged head on his living room door. I gathered up all items again and ran home burning with embarrassment.

Day later, knock on door, I answered in old jogging bottoms, filthy old vest, and cat shit, litter tray shovel in my hand. It was him, with a pair of my huge, grey baggies in his hand. He gave them (lovely smile) to me, and made a witty remark. Told me his name and that he's a plumber etc.. I, through half-opened front door , snatched nix off him, in tears of embarrassment. He left saying if he found anymore he'd bring them back..

Anyhow couple of days on and I'm calm and looking incredibly gorgeous, his car is downstairs and I have leaking tap. Should I ask him up here???? If so, how?? WTF do I say??

You're worried about him seeing you naked. Please don't, he's a lucky man. Enjoy yourself

For full disclosure, I'm male and therefore have experience of this... Wink :o

springydaffs · 20/05/2015 19:52

No no NO, don't give him the goods. Let him gag for it wait. He'll value more what he has to wait for. IMHO but my humble opinion is right

They're a breed, these men. Even the pigeons have to get desperate, flapping about in an ungainly fashion, to get the girl - she, wisely, does the disinterested what, you? thing.

Yours, D Attenborough

Hellllooooo yes, it went so well.. Morning all. The sun is out .. Yippee...We went to this lovely Japanese restaurant and despite sticking a chopstick up my nostril, and choking on Sake, it was lovely.. He told me all about Japan where he lived for a while.. Time flew....Only slight niggle was he made no moves towards me at all. No hand holding or footsie action at all. Went back to his place with remaining sake, had a little snog inside his front door. We sat on the couch in his rather minimal, but very tidy living room. I went for a pee, very clean and tidy bathroom too. I came back - sat astride him on the couch and shoved my norks in his face. I think he was expecting a kiss poor chap! I did notice the top of his head turning purple so let him have some air. That was it, did it on couch. He is well, rather too well equipped one might say. Ended up on the floor for the second time, crawled into bedroom around 3am. And I, er, ahem, 'took care' of him - so to speak, around 6 this morning.. One of my best I must say.. Bit sore today. lots more to tell but no time. xx
