Your most trivial 'dealbreaker'... (lighthearted)

It's Friday, I read this article... Groom Dumped Over Failed Maths Test ... and wondered what relatively trivial failing in someone meant they didn't get that second or third date.

Mine was that he collected ornamental boxes and lined them up on his coffee table set-square perfect.

These are great but making me feel a little neurotic about my past behaviours. I wish there was a similar thread with men contributing... or perhaps not.

I'm bumping this just because I enjoyed it so much and couldn't find it earlier :o

using spray aftershave/deodorant/bodyspray.
I couldn't live with someone using those every day. I really hope that dc don't discover them

I've got another one. Saw a guy for a while. His first wife wouldn't let him see his kids and he had another young kid with a different ex. His mum sent him over food parcels every week and he liked to bang on about how sophisticated and intelligent he was. He sent me a long, explicit and really badly written description of what we'd done in bed ( with lots of capital letters and exclamation marks), and when I asked him to go to the shop to get a nice bottle of wine he came back with a v cheap bottle of 'Chardonini' ( or something similar )

He was furious when I ended it, telling me I was nothing special but my 'tits were ok' ( shudder ). Dodged a bullet there!

Islanegra · 26/03/2015 22:44

You had me at Chardonini!

MrsBertMacklin · 26/03/2015 22:52

He tried to finger me at a busy bus stop and called me frigid when I refused.

He was 28!

MadeMan · 29/03/2015 12:51

Yes, being 28 would be a dealbreaker for me as well.
