Dear VNXH,

I am pondering about pondersome things. What are you doing, I ponder?

The SHL is contemplating the latest bit of fuckwittery from a legaltastic viewpoint.

I merely remain navel gaze in a reflective sort of manner. My mind continually mulls over and over, in a ruminatory sort of manner.

I am pleased to report that fuck all has happened to day except I got on with some shit.

Woman, thoughtful.

Maybe we could all be flies and hide in WWK hip flask of gin on the day Grin

NettleTea · 12/03/2015 17:10

oh no, how INCONVENIENT to have 'lost' his job at this late date in the proceedings.
Im sure SHL SHB and GG will all be crying for him next week

maccie · 12/03/2015 17:15

Do you know anyone who could hang around his place of work at his arrival/departure time with a camera ?

Bogeyface · 12/03/2015 17:20

Does he think that GG is just going to take his word for it? The man is a serious fuckwit!

AcrossthePond55 · 12/03/2015 18:20

I think GG will 'find' his job for him with very little problem!!

Andro · 12/03/2015 18:36

He does realise that the judge is already umnhappy with his failure to disclose as per the cost timetable? Not to mention whast the judge will think when finds out about him receiving counsel under oath, communication out with the parameters played down in court orders and communications in a manner that was harassing as best?

Does he really think he'll get away without lots of official paperwork to back his story up? IIRC, he had worked at this place a long time so:

  1. Either he had committed gross professional misconduct
  2. Has known about this for a significant consultation period
  3. Is still within his notice period and thus still employed
  4. Has acquired a serious disciplinary problem since he walked out

I'm sure the expli action will be fascinating...

Anniegetyourgun · 12/03/2015 20:36

My money's on:

  1. Is lying through his teeth. Again.
WellWhoKnew · 12/03/2015 21:47

He "lost" his job before the SM hearing as well...

It transpired he found it again the next day. Must have gone to Specsavers.

OP posts:
IthoughtATMwasacashpoint · 12/03/2015 21:50

As well as criminally stupid he's appallingly careless.

Andro · 12/03/2015 22:16

I forgot option 5, with a history of lying about this there's little chance there judge will believe him!

Gibbsbasement · 12/03/2015 22:26

To 'lose' your job once is careless. Twice is negligent.

Isn't he self-employed/ business owner? Does he sack himself?

Joysmum · 12/03/2015 22:27

PMSL im sure a little reminder of this would be very useful Grin

I'm so glad he continues to be an arsehole, it can only help.

Bogeyface · 13/03/2015 00:04

Whats he going to say? That he lost it but it turned up down the back of the sofa?!

Forget a book, I reckon you could get a sitcom out of that fucknugget!

Andro · 13/03/2015 00:04

I can't say I'm surprised that he's so sloppy he's misplaced his job twice, he can't fill in forms correctly and submit them at the correct interval...with weeks of notice and professional help!

Gibbsbasement · 13/03/2015 08:04

It really does show that abusive men all read the same manual. My STBX has disclosed that he is also going to 'lose' his job and have a 'significant decrease in salary' until after a financial settlement is reached

Though I have the added joy of him using DC as weapons until he gets what he wants, they have served their purpose and he dumps them

Thinking of you WWK. koko, not long now.

confusedNC · 13/03/2015 09:45

Mine was going to get sacked too (right up until he quit).

Koko indeed x

hellsbellsmelons · 13/03/2015 10:31

What the hell is going on with the times of these posts today?
I think WWK has some other super powers (on top of the already staggering amount) that we don't know about Confused
Not that I'm place marking at all!

hellsbellsmelons · 13/03/2015 10:32

And just as I posted they all went back to normal. Weird!!!.....

WellWhoKnew · 14/03/2015 11:01

Dear VSTBXH

Just a little reminder, that we are heading into court on Tuesday. This means, when you decide to spout shit, you are expected to back it up with proof.

It is not acceptable to say you are 'too busy' to get this documentation together. After all, you've not got a job to distract yourself with!

Will you, kindly, bring the evidence to court on Tuesday? Preferably, as requested, send it to my SHB on Monday, because we've only been asking for this for quite some time...

Oh, and the proof you have been 'too busy' and will continue to be in the future. Or not, or whatever it is you've decided...

This way, I will instruct my bullying and harassing SHL to refrain from arriving in your inbox. Imagine that!

If you haven't worked this bit out about divorce yet: The purpose of going to a full trial is to assess our credibility - a judge will be ruling on it, after all. It always helps if you don't spout shit and provide some proof.

Woman, credibly relaxed in her undecreed home.

I'm getting ready for Tuesday, just getting my outfit just right...

Izzie595 · 14/03/2015 12:48

Thinking of you and hoping the next few days pass quickly. You have right on your side, and you deserve every justice. That pile of shite deserves every penalty going, let alone what all your followers wish on him. May he rot in hell, in poverty, for the rest of his miserable life

JsOtherHalf · 14/03/2015 13:37

I know it has been said before, but whatever you professionally publish in future, I will be buying. Whatever you may have been before, you are a writer now.

Good luck on Tuesday.

AcrossthePond55 · 14/03/2015 14:01

Tuesday!! It's almost here. Dare we hope this may be 'it' and you can move past the stalling tactics?

I've chosen a dark grey pencil skirt and pale pink blouse with a lovely frill at the neck and sharp stilettos to stomp his toes if he doesn't behave. Hair in a businesslike updo. I'll be wearing that sitting primly at my laptop waiting for updates. Wink

NettleTea · 16/03/2015 09:39

Is it today???

FrancesNiadova · 16/03/2015 09:40

Taking counsel when he has had an order not to, economic truth telling whilst on oath, deliberate hiding & devaluing of marital assets, breaking employment law in his treatment of a female employee/shareholder. Wow.
I wonder if he'll get bed & breakfast at Her Majesty' s pleasure?
