What's that like?

It's on the horizon for me and the beard is putting me off. But i really want to get past it. Ive never kissed a man with a beard. I am expecting it to be unpleasant and play havoc with my skin.

Please tell me i'm wrong.

felicity. I'm the one stalling as we need to have a wee chat first. He is very keen but i am not interested in a fling or one night stand so need to find out what his intentions are as dont want to lead him on if it isnt going anywhere.

DH has a thick luxurious one he grows for me as a special treat

My DH shaved his off and doesn't want to grow it back.

My dh is a beardy, Viking pleated, 6'3 bear of a man, I love it. He uses macadamia oil from home bargains, in the hair section 99p and just as good as any beard oil you get. His beard is lustrous and smells fantastic

DH is quite hairy but has never had a beard.

DP has A beard and I love it. It's so soft and blonde. He looks like a Swedish fisherman. Not the usual ginger tone that Scottish men seem to get.

My Dhs takes 2 Weeks to get past the prickly stage.

Beard oil is the answer. The current one in this house is really nice and I have been known to wear a couple of drops as a very woodsy perfume.

I just wish DH would grow his hair to match the length of his beard, and go properly Viking. Instead he's in a weird place with short hair and full beard (more geography teacher than hipster.)

This thread has brought back memories of an old boyfriend. Bearded and absolutely gorgeous. Sigh.

You really won't notice anything if he's a good kisser. But if you do, it's furry intimacy.

DP has recently grown a tache and beard. It's ok, but I prefer him without. The tache is a bit tickly when we kiss but the beard isn't. I do sometimes wonder about bits of food and stuff, and I can tell if he's had a sneaky cigarette because the smoke clings. He's grown his hair long too and because he's gingery looks a bit like a lion. Our baby quite likes to grab the beard. I'm hoping he'll at least trim it soon, it's getting a bit unkempt.
