Gross things your dp/h do?

Dh bites his finger nails and everytime he goes to kiss me or eat he takes them out of his mouth and deposits them in a safe place to recommence chewing later.

What gross things do you dp/DH do?

My STBXH regularly picked his nose and ate the contents. He also clipped his toenails and ate those. And he wondered why I didn't want to kiss him

Forces farts then laughs at how utterly vile they smell.

Belches and says a word at the same time.

When he flosses his teeth he somehow manages to flick whatever he extracts from his teeth onto the bathroom tiles under the mirror. And then doesn't wipe it up. I then have to chisel it off as it goes hard overnight.

Fucking gross.

Stbx used to lick his plate clean after meals - literally, he also was incapable of wiping his arse properly and used to put toilet tissue down his pants, I found some of this more than once on the floor - eeeooowwww,yuck, makes me feel sick now just thinking about it - yuck

Belches, farts, picks his teeth and nose, coughs up phlegm in the kitchen sink when he has a cold. And spends every single evening on his laptop for hour after hour without speaking at all.

Well he doesn't do all those things at once . He is affectionate to the dc and works very hard (is a workaholic really). We have major issues (as you can tell) and I am lost as to how to solve them hence his awful sometimes habits really stand out and grate .

My DP picks the skin off his feet and eats it. Love is hard.

Yes texting the habits do start to grate when you're unhappy. My STBXH has always picked his nose/ate his toenails, etc. but as our marriage deteriorated they became a source of huge irritation to me........

Drinks energy drinks that smell disgusting (as well as being unhealthy) but reading this I think I'm quite lucky!

Dh likes to rip nose hairs out when travelling as a passenger in my car. He flips the mirrored visor down, sits forward (blocking my view out of the left side of the car) and plucks them out with his fingers and drops them all over my car seat.

Makes me want to crash on purpose.

My very much ex gobbed phlegm into a used tea cup or glass - think of putting your hands into a sink of dirty dishes (before dishwashers) and your hands getting covered in this yellow glairy slime- yeeeeuck

texting, yes, pops it in his mouth, chews and swallows. I don't think he knows he's doing it and I don't know how to get him to stop. Rub chillies on his feet while he sleeps? Knit him really tight socks?

My ex used to pick his nose, contorting his entire upper body to angle his finger as deep up his nostril and into all the nooks and crannies to get at it, then roll the slimy thing in his fingers until it dried up and then flick it away.

I couldn't possibly mention his bad habits as mine probably outnumber his and are worse!

When DP yawns he makes it so dramatic and loud with this sort of drawn out man scream thing going on. And he licks his plate clean after dinner. I can't even look at him doing that.

Makes me feel ill

Quite often forgets to flush the loo after a poo - he was the last to use it before a fortnight's holiday once, & we returned to a stinking house & a foul brown slurry in the toilet

My ex used to:

1).pick his teeth at the table, in public, sometimes with the corner of the menu.
2).wear horrid slobby trackies that he rarely washed to slob around the house in. They actually smelt of wee.
3).never clean his teeth at night. ever. Even if he wanted a snog.
4). Eat like an animal with his head down, shovelling in without breath or pause for conversation until his plate was clean.

He's single now, I believe, and more than likely on a dating site near you. The charmer.

Dp eats his bogies. I tell him he is gross. He still does it. Really kills the romance.

Bizarrely he can't see why I find it so gross.

Oh and pooing with the bathroom door open when he does a pebble dash job. Why oh why?!

Rubs his groin and bollocks at the end of the day and sniffs it. Lovely man, he is.

Picks his nose and eats it and sometimes misses his mouth DELIBERATELY so the bogie is on his lip and comes to me for a kiss. Grim sod.
