How often do you do it??

Following on from another thread, i wonder what the norm is for mnetters, once a month? once a week? my sex life is practically non existant .

well our 'new' norm is a lot more frequent that our 'old' norm. Old norm was 4 or 5 times in about 6 years

New norm.........well - 4 times in the last month (and that includes AF coming in the middle of it, having to share a room with the boys while on holiday and me working 3 nights a week!!!).

It's a good job I'm sitting down else I'd have fainted just writing that down!

Well I would like to think I have a rampant sex life - but thats actually a figment of my overactive imagination. Probably averages really about once or twice a week. Sunday particularly good day in that atleast we're both in the same house. Three kids = very fond of my bed - just for sleeping in!

once a month at the most

Can be anything between four times a week or one time a week... depending on our children, Dh's schedule and my evening commitments... I wish it was before we were married, then it was every time we met up

As little as I can get away with never been the same since I had DS1 (now 4.6yo) so I'm not that bothered, but I usually give in 2 or 3 times a week if DH gets really agitated.

Men and women just sooo different on this subject. Know DH would drop his pants at the faintest chance of a quickie - I'm more of a slow burner sadly.

of course my DH thinks all his birthdays have come at once this last month - I think we've now equalled the number of times we did it in the previous 6yrs LOL.

So is 2 / 3 times a week a lot then? If it is that means I can cut back and tell DH he's lucky to be getting what he gets so quit the moaning on and on and on and on and on........

yes 2-3 times a week IS a lot, we used to do it every day when we met, now just once every 6/8 wks or more...

Thing is he's one of these stupid men who thinks if you say know you can't possibly love him anymore. Gah!!

Most days sometimes twice. but we have only been together 8 months so still in the honeymoon period

we've been together nearly nine years and we do it far more now than we used to. It's probably about 4-5 times a week, some days not at all and others 2 or 3 times in the same day......not bad after all this time
But then there's some thing a man washing up..........(sighs whistfully)

about 2 or 3 times a week, but only quickies, as its all i can stay awake for! more on holidays though, usually every night, or more

i last did it on friday, but i dont have proper partner , so dunno when it will be again

It used to average around once or twice a month.

Several times a day when we are together, which is most days. I have a really high sex drive

I think it would be more intersting if people said how long they've been with their partner.

I spent the first 18 months with my bloke in bed, shagging constantly. :D Life outside bed was a pain, eating, working and all that got in the way. The next few years it went down to every day, then 3-4 times a week. We were together 9 years before we sprogged, and were probably twice a weekers by then. After I sprogged I had PND, so nothing for ages. Now we're probably about once a month after 14 years, which I feel guilty about as I do fancy him, I just can't be bleeding arsed. . So all you people feeling smug now - just wait - these things can change. /voice of doom/

how can you manage to do it more than once a day when you have children? Or even once a day?

(I don't know emkana, do they all have nannies or something?)
