i cant actually believe im typing this but here goes.......dh wants me to shave 'it'. is this normal and should i shave or wax.....if you could only see how much i am blushing

Veet or wax (wax will hurt). It will itch too.

Do whatever you want. Its up to you whether you 'indulge' DH or not. You might like it. You might not.

my sister goes to a salon for a wax but then sees the woman in the street and knows that she has seen her fanjo and gets all pathetic

I tried this once at dh's request. It was smooth for all of half a day, following which it looked like a plucked chicken. Then came the ingrown hairs, then came the rash, then came the itching like buggery for a fortnight. Soooo not worth it.

I also felt really weird looking like a pre-pubescent schoolgirl.

waxing has the best result if you can put up with the humiliation (pain is ok ime). Someone told me that porn stars shave though

They wax or veet - shaving is just for emergencies (risk of cuts/rash more likely)....apparently.......
