I don't know...the five weeks and has not asked you out. My spidey senses say he is married/unavailable, or he is using you for entertainment. I would be weary...cool it off until the project is done, then see if he contacts you.

I would be concerned with becoming the subject of office (two offices) gossip. You do not really know him that well and his flattery may lead you to behave somewhat less than professionally. He knows he is good looking and has probably played this game before.

Disclosure, I am against dating in the work place...It puts your livelihood at risk if things go wrong.

...and it is often the female that takes the brunt of that risk in the workplace (frustrating, but true)
