I was driving to work this morning and they played "Moving Out Today" - straight away I thought of the MN Relationships board.

I loved this song when it was a hit in 1977 - the quirky vocal and lyrics.

How about a playlist of inspiring songs re LTB and moving onto a better life?

Not about a relationship break up, I don't suppose, but the lyrics are fab, the tune is great and it's a really good one to belt out in the car when you're LTB who has spent the last several years offering his 'opinion' about every little fucking thing you do...

Hate I was just going to say you oughta know. I got thru a break up listening to that on repeat. Years ago but still know it word perfectly. The lyrics are spot on

A Little Time by the Beautiful South was almost word for word the bollocks my first H fed me, and helped me realise that actually, I was out of there.

I broke up to someone to "Don't Get Weird on me Baby" - Lloyd Cole. Shamefully, it was me who did the weirdness.

What a brilliant message "it's not right but it's ok, I'm gonna make it anyway". That's totally it. It's so shit to be on the end of such disrespect and for the man you thought you knew to turn out to be a complete arsehole BUT it won't break you, you'll be ok.
