I've always enjoyed sex and I could use the money. Plus the hours are flexible and I'd be working from home.

Any advice?

I think it's more the fact she turned up and was told to be modelling dresses, pressured badly for sex that didn't get her anywhere in an unsafe environment, like I said sometimes with a lot of people on drugs, people taking photos of her in the act (which is now a big no no)

Or her meeting someone in a public place, saying yes or no on her terms, being up front and seeing only regular guys or guys though friends/clients.

SolidGoldBrass · 29/03/2014 21:41

Belle Du Jour is Dr Brooke Magnati.

SolidGoldBrass · 29/03/2014 21:47

And this is well worth a read: loads of useful advice and encouragement.

FastLoris · 29/03/2014 22:14

Why don't you look More at pornography. Least it's legal and safer and not in your own home.

Prostitution is legal too.

It's amazing how many people think it isn't.

ThistleVille · 29/03/2014 22:27

Seriously? Please don't.

SweetErmengarde · 29/03/2014 22:47

Think the phrasing of the OP is taken almost word for word from Blackadder II....

SabrinaMulhollandJjones · 29/03/2014 22:53

"Why go all the way to London when you can make a fortune on your back?" Grin

Totally took the OP to be a joke.

ThistleVille · 29/03/2014 22:53

Oh,ok.

Abbykins1 · 29/03/2014 22:58

An add in your local paper for sensual massage and of you go.

Could make a fortune!

ThatOtherTime · 29/03/2014 23:02

Do you have kids and a partner or husband.

Apocalypto · 29/03/2014 23:08

10% of British men have used the services of a prostitute. That's 3 million. The average punter is between 25 and 35.

www.independent.co.uk/life-style/love-sex/sex-industry/sex-for-sale-the-truth-about-prostitution-in-britain-1035038.html

If there are 30 million men those between 25 and 35 number about 4 million.

So 3/4 of men in that age range have paid.

95% of women aren't trafficked, you can make £150k a year.

It's going to be like working at JP Morgan right?

Boris13 · 29/03/2014 23:08

If this is serious...

please do not do.it in your own home

PacificDogwood · 29/03/2014 23:14

Yes, just like working for JP Morgan, of course Hmm

Don't do it.
No matter how disgusting or not you'd find the actual act/s, it's a dangerous activity to be engaged in, on many levels.
Just don't.

CogitoErgoSometimes · 29/03/2014 23:15

Oh Apocalypto you wag, you.... Stick the old material, it's funnier. Hmm

scottishmummy · 29/03/2014 23:15

Really?i hope there aren't children on premises,or visiting.it would trigger Health/Social involvement
You enjoy consensual sex with men you chose.punters aren't men you chose
The health implications are ghastly, and it's obviously risky esp in own home

BOFtastic · 29/03/2014 23:16

So, did you see my question earlier? What's going on? Is this a weird reversey thread or something?

CogitoErgoSometimes · 29/03/2014 23:20

It's a weird wind-uppy thread.... Grin

scottishmummy · 29/03/2014 23:21

I think the happy hooker tone is a wind up,and all those stats mean heehaw
The glib tone about flexible working,oh really.yes it's work life balance
The reality is sex with numerous men in an imbalanced risky role

Hiawatha44 · 29/03/2014 23:22

Ok going on the game aka being an escort is not illegal. More than on in a building, so it that respect (assuming this is real) be careful. Look up saafe, good advice and enough scare stories that if you are at all unsure it will help you make your mind up.

And yes escorts do pay tax or should at least, the ones that walk the street with pimps risk the police and are probably not self employed but most register with hmrc & pay like everyone else.

Again if this is real its not a job for everyone and no matter what Billie Piper says (Secret Diary of a Call Girl) it's not all about liking sex.

BOFtastic · 29/03/2014 23:23

I'm not convinced the OP does enjoy sex actually- only a couple of weeks ago she posted that "I wouldn't care if I never had sex with anyone else ever again."

Make of that what what you will.

scottishmummy · 29/03/2014 23:25

Why are you grubbing about in her posts?its irrelevant
If you think something amiss report it
Nut looking over past posts is frankly weirdy

TeaAndALemonTart · 29/03/2014 23:30

BJ Morgan, perhaps?

BOFtastic · 29/03/2014 23:30

No, it isn't. I only checked to see if this was a first-time poster, and likely to be a wind-up. She certainly isn't, and I am concerned for her, as my first post showed. Personally I find it weird to post utterly context-free remarks and assume they have any relevance, but there you go.

scottishmummy · 29/03/2014 23:34

It's not your business to be checking posts its a bit pompous
I read posts, and respond to the post.its irrelevant if new or vintage

BOFtastic · 29/03/2014 23:37

Pompous? To make sure I'm not jumping to conclusions? Whatever. I think it's arrogant to presume an ill-informed opinion with be at all useful to the OP, but we are all different, which is the beauty of MN.
