Feeling invisible .....wave at a mate!

Following on from Trish's good idea (and by request) this thread is the place to play 'bag a buddy' 'wave at a mate' or 'grab someone else's grip for a minute'

The original idea from the invisble thread was that it would be a brilliant idea if people had a friend they could pair up with ....just so someone is going to wave at you when you feel down.
It needed a thread.
This is it .....................

Hi Dottie!

UncomfortablyDumb · 23/10/2013 09:34

Shock I've only been gone for a quick shower, now I need to sit down to catch up. If I get nothing done today I'm blaming you guys Grin

Waves at any newcomers I haven't seen as I haven't actually caught up yet

EauPeanUpTheGatesOfHell · 23/10/2013 09:35

Thanks Reprint
Did you see the paltry offering I came up with last night for your halloween nc/

Kikithecat · 23/10/2013 09:35

OK I'm off now and will wave at my buddies when I next see you. Smile

Grennie · 23/10/2013 09:37

I don't think any of you are invisible now!

Sparklingbrook · 23/10/2013 09:40

Morning!

UncomfortablyDumb · 23/10/2013 09:40

Proper Grin at gymmer/gimmer.

Love the NC Eau, am ashamed to admit it took me bloody ages to get your nickname Hmm but I feel better as I've remembered where I know the name Belisama but no clue if its the same person.

Flings open the door for Wow and drags her in. Waves to everyone else.

Now I must go & get stuff done.

hawkeye21 · 23/10/2013 09:41

Morning everyone. As expected I was up half the night with both dcs, but the eldest is now packed off to nursery and the youngest is once again asleep on my lap. So I thought I'd come back and see what has been happening with the buddywavers. And, wow! It is certainly moving fast.

EauPeanUpTheGatesOfHell · 23/10/2013 09:42

Morning Grennie

Will all this waving improve the bingo wings, or just make them more visable? Halloween Hmm

Sparklingbrook · 23/10/2013 09:42

I am watching The Wright Stuff and eating toast. Grin

BOOsterseat · 23/10/2013 09:42

Morning everyone, waving to anyone who gives a shit Grin

Eau - I did much appreciate the suggestions, as hadn't come up with a thing. Getting round to changing it might take a while ....I have to NC so often because I accidentally out myself, that doing it just for fun is not high on my list!

Morning, generally waves, I am looking at the price of crocheted craft stuff online, and FAINTING.

I was called a Mumsnet Saddo on the Wright Stuff

EauPeanUpTheGatesOfHell · 23/10/2013 09:48

I'm typing with my fingers tightly crossed (not easy!!) as we should find out today ... finally, if our application on a house has been accepted.

We have been waiting weeks and only have about 5 weeks left before we have to be out of here Halloween Confused so if anyone fancies joining me at the sacrificial alter to light a few candles, or come and storm the estate agents office and wave madly until they confirm, I would be forever grateful Halloween Grin

SpottyDottie · 23/10/2013 09:48

Morning kikithecat great name!

Grennie · 23/10/2013 09:49

Morning

I am still in bed, but I am ill. But my rumbling stomach is going to force me to get up.

Grennie · 23/10/2013 09:49

Piste - You were on the Wright Stuff?

RatherBeOnThePiste · 23/10/2013 09:49

A gimmer is an old git btw

Sparklingbrook · 23/10/2013 09:50

Yes. Piste had her very important thread about the clock going in the centre of the mantepiece discussed on TWS. Grin

Grennie · 23/10/2013 09:52

I have heard of that thread, but didn't know it was Piste who started it.

Good luck Eau. Will keep my fingers crossed for you.

PerpendicularVincentPrice · 23/10/2013 09:54
