If you have or have had a relationship where you felt loved and cherished please tell me what it felt like?
What sort of things did/does your DP do to make you feel that way?

I need to know this to stop me going back to H who thinks if i try harder and love him more, he will be able to love me more...
And manages to make me feel wrong for not doing so..

My Dh consistantly puts me and our DS first. In everything he does. He works incredibly hard all day, comes home, immediately takes over all the childcare, puts the baby to bed as he knows I am tired. He does more than his share of chores, alll the washing, doesnt moan when I spend loads of money on stuff(smile) helps me loads with my business, mostly on his days off!! He is incredibly appreciative of anything I do for him, and most of all, is completely devoted to his son. He dries my tears, offers me sympathetic and brilliant advice, and listens to anytihing and everything I have to say no matter how boring he mist find it!! He is constantly encouraging me to get out, do stuff, spend more time with my friends, buys me massages,ect...all these things make me feel very very loved!! And I love him too(grin)!
