I did a few cake pictures when I was on POF.

My reasons were valid though
a) icebreaker
b) I bake, it goes on my profile that I bake and it saves really irritatin messages like "hey, what's your favourite cake"
c) it was a bloody good cake.

I can. I spent a month in Lubeck, Germany, when I was younger, where they have a dozen marzipan factories. I don't hate the stuff but too much of it is just... yeuch.

It is an eagle owl that I got a chance to hold when DD visited a falconry centre in Aberdeenshire in September .. Huge but light and absolutely beautiful

According to Saturday date the female equivilent is a self taken shot from above of the face and neck with a wierd pout - think teenage girl on fb.

Saturday date got back late so we text instead. He text "I think you're lovely, I fancy you and felt comfortable all weekend with you". This is good yes? Not too heavy after the weekend together? Texts are getting a little flirty too.

I've just had a look at POF again and reactivated my profile on there but couldn't see anyone that appealed. Looking forward to some messages! I find the matches are not very good on there, many are out of the age range for instance.

Age range I've never struggled with on matches (but I set mine really wide) but distance pof is shit. It obviously does as the crow flies, which is crappy when you live by the Thames crossing as someone in Essex or Kent are actually twenty odd miles apart, not five.

Good luck skaffen - you never know there may be a frog in there somewhere

Hi everyone, I'm a long time reader/lurker but don't really do OD properly. I resurrected my OKC last night and am talking to someone who's funny and cute and very bright. I also created a POF one, which I hid after about an hour - it's scary on there! There's a complicated backstory and I can't properly contemplate being with someone else, but I need to get out there, get some fun back in my life, be distracted for a while, live my life and all that stuff. Hrm

But probably the woman with kitten and/or woman in sexy underwear is more what I was thinking - I'm girly/feminine/sexy, me need hunter/gatherer male to give me a good seeing to look after me. (Women on horses? Trying to make some kind of link to Lady Chatterly maybe? )

I like the idea of a cake pic but probably not something I personally should do. Either the cake would be burnt and/or lopsided or if it looked good the conversation would go something like this:

kirsty I agree there are some decent men on POF, but so far "decent" is the best thing I can say about any of them. I'd like more than just decent. Is smart, funny, warm, tactile, easy to talk to and just a little bit sexy looking really too much for a girl to ask for? Sigh....
