well we just had sex, i said to him im going to come in 10 mins, lets snooze. 5 mins later he says he has a cramp so is going down stairs. so i had to come by myself. feeling sorry for myself, i dont think we have any intimacy left in our relationship. sad to think this is what im gonna get for the rest of my life.

Actually, it is very rude of him to wander off and leave you when he's had his jollies but you haven't had yours. However, it's also not all that thrilling to have to lie there while your partner has a good rub for ten whole minutes.
