Does anyone know whether Lala has taken down her thread? How she is? If/where she has gone?

OP posts:
Dprince · 27/06/2012 18:39

oh no. I haven't comment but have been trying to read the thread in bits. I hope she is ok.

MushroomSoup · 27/06/2012 19:07

I've been keeping an eye out, too.

Dprince · 27/06/2012 19:20

I have had a good look but can't see it anywhere.

Ceeveebee - thank you very much! I guess we all worry about her. I thought perhaps she had taken it down because her husband had seen it, or because she could no longer bear to read it...Good wishes to all of Lala's readers.

She's still here but hasn't thrown the selfish, alkie, child abusing git out yet.Poor Lala, what a life.

ceeveebee · 28/06/2012 19:07

She's nearly there though, from the sounds of it she has a plan in place and is supported by her family

maras2 · 28/06/2012 19:23

Fingers crossed Ceevee.

angeltattoo · 28/06/2012 19:27

Yes, she sounds great and I too hope she'll get herself and her wonderful little ones out soon, she said her mum has been supporting her and she has a plan.

He's working away this week and hopefully will be staying elsewhere on his return!

We are all rooting for you Lala! Stay strong...

zxcv123 · 29/06/2012 11:01

Thread now deleted.

Feeling rather sick for the children.

hillyhilly · 29/06/2012 11:13

I was looking for it too, hope she doesn't disappear without trace, I'm really hoping she gets a happier life soon

Scottishsummer · 29/06/2012 12:04

At the very end of the thread, at least when I saw it, was a discussion about whether Lala perhaps needed to go, as Jux put it, to 'a quiet place'. I took this to mean off-MN.

The timing could actually be very positive - she's left and is covering her tracks as she goes.

I feel optimistic. I'm hoping that she will come back here one day soon to say that her new life has begun.

Good luck Lala, if you're reading this. Thinking of you very much.

Hi all. Yesterday I asked MNHQ to move the thread to the quiet place. They did this for me and then sometime overnight the thread has been deleted. I don't know why - I have emailed them but not heard back yet. Very frustrating as I hadn't copied the thread and I wanted it as a record of dh behaviour.
Anyway, I will start a new thread in the quiet place. See you there!

FleetofHope · 29/06/2012 12:18

Being dense - what's the quiet place? There are so many of us rooting for you Lala xxxx

IamtheZombie · 29/06/2012 13:20

Fleet, have sent you a PM.

RandomNumbers · 29/06/2012 13:24

Lala threads moved to the quiet place can be googled

Threads started in the quiet place cannot

Maybe why the deletion happened?

Anyway, good luck

Scottishsummer · 29/06/2012 13:26

Would it be intrusive to ask how to get to this quiet place? I am so concerned to know how you are Lala...x

mummybussy · 29/06/2012 13:30

Hi Lala, I was also really concerned to see the thread gone!!
Been checking in everyday to see how you all are. Still rooting you on.
Also a bit dense...what is quiet place?? Could I see it there?

SurvivalOfTheUnfittest · 29/06/2012 13:33

I don't know where it is but presumably that's the point? In which case, I just want to wish you all the best. You are such a strong lady and your dc will thrive in the new environment that you are moving towards. Good luck.

Onthebottomwithawomansweekly · 29/06/2012 14:10

Echoing Survival - wishing you all the best Lala.

If the good wishes of the Mumsnet "nest of vipers" were visible round you, you'd be seen from space!

sadwidow28 · 29/06/2012 14:30

Well, I have followed Lala's threads since the beginning. I felt very positive for her when she said that she had a plan and family support. I am another one who doesn't know where the quiet place is.

Best wishes for your future Lala. Your DCs will respect you and love you for your courage.

MrsHoolie · 29/06/2012 23:45

There are lots of people here hoping you are ok Lala.
I also don't know the special 'quiet place'!
