Embarrasing sex question

Do multiple orgasms exist? Or does it just mean it's taking a while to climax?

I'm asking because if they do, then I experienced my first recently at age 36. It felt like I had about three orgasms in a row. If they don't exist then maybe I've been kidding myself in the past.

Sorry really embarrassed about asking this but don't know who else to ask.

Oh no it's taken me ages to pluck up the courage to ask this and now no one's answering. Wish I hadn't asked now. Feel very embarrassed. I am a regular MNer but had to change my name for this. At least only MN HQ knows who I am.

yes they do exist. you have to carry on past the ticklish stage after it's happened the first time. And concentrate!

I read somewhere that only 1 in 3 women are able to have them. I'm one of those one in three - Seriously, I don't feel satisfied unless I have atleast 2. 3 is pushing it these days, most I've ever had in a row is 5 I think. I've always been multi orgasmic and thought all women were for ages and ages. Now I know how lucky I am!

To be honest, from what I read about it, either you can or you can't - there isn't much you can do about it if you can't. Only way to find out I guess is to keep on going after the first one.

Why are people so rude when someone just asks for advice? Is it because they are asking for advice about sex and you women are too prudish to answer. The poor woman just wanted advice not to made a fool of.

I myself have only had a multiple once and that was with the aid of vibrator, like others have said its feels quite uncomfortable but the one time it did happen it was very good

I rarely climax through intercourse, or with just dh doing "other stuff" - I need help of the battery operated variety and once I've had one orgasm the rest just follow.

What did we do differently? Well, I was very relaxed, and not too drunk, DP was very patient and didn't rush to get inside me and we took our time. (It happened by stimulation not actual intercourse. TBH that doesn't do much for me since I had kids...). I didn't find it uncomfortable like others have said, in fact I didn't want it to stop! although we did try again the next day and it didn't work. After the once I couldn't get him off me fast enough. So I guess you just have to be 'in the mood'. Dont know why it has taken me all this time to get to this point though, after more than 15 years with the same partner.

remember there is clitoral and vaginal so is it having both of those close together or having one of those over and over?

oh and dont forget anal orgasm. - i wouldnt know i dont do that, much too catholic. but they exist apparently
