Am on POF, yes I know. I had an email from a guy a few days ago, very similar circumstances etc etc. A couple of emails in he said he has called off the search as I have really caught his attention. In his last email, he sent me his proper email address, i.e at hotmail.

I went onto POF just now and he has deleted his profile I think I can remember his address and would like to get in touch but wonder if this is a bit ott on his part? Seriously out of the loop for a long time and have no idea lol. If he is genuine it could be a great friendship if nothing else.

Thanks for the heads up, I have had a reply from him but it does not ring true for me at all and he says in the uk now too so pretty sure this is a con artist who I will not be replying too. Unfortunately he has my email address but I think or would assume he won't bother with me if I don't bother with him as he should realise i've cottoned on.

Thanks and yes, back to geetar man who is a sweety but just a slow burn, which is fine really. I have far too much going on now in RL that has happened in last couple of days to keep me occupied . thanks again, I think I would have come to the same conclusion but good to have a sounding board.
