im married and have 3 kids
its not a happy marriage
i dont love him and he knows it
sex with him kaes me feel sick
so do you consider this cheating ?
bearing in mind im never likely to meet these people
btw ive only done it twice

My mother stayed (and still stays) in an unhappy and verbally abusive marriage for 40+ years.

I blame her for not getting out. I blame her for using us kids as a weak excuse to not kick my idiot of a father into touch. She inflicted him on me, all through my childhood. And if I want to maintain any sort of relationship with her, I am forced to tolerate someone that I would rather never see again as long as I live

Be very, very careful about the responsibility you place on a child's shoulders when you say you stay for them. In some cases, that is an excuse , not a valid reason.
