Going to a naturist "health spa" in North London tomorrow. Anyone have any relevant experiences to share please?

I have been 3 times with my sisters but not to North London.

Twice we went on ladies only days (which if you think about it is a bit of a strange concept!). We all enjoyed it through it was expensive.

The third time was a mixed day and it didn't go as well. There were more younger people there and we all felt a bit uneasy about a few of them. Nothing you could your finger on but enough to slightly spoil the day. One member of staff was very strange and her body massage was well, Hmm
