has found out dc school.

I'm so scared, and angry at myself. I believed that I had always signed everything telling school not to post details on internet, and they have put school, full name, class on the internet.

I think I'm going to have to pull them out of school to start new one in January Sad

Sad I am so sorry, I hope that the school make some big grovelling. I guess that they were aware of the situation?
atswimtwolengths · 26/12/2010 15:32

Oh how frightening for you both.

What the hell are they doing, posting private information without permission?

Was it on the school's website or another?

Do you have an injunction against him?

AnyFuckerisFucked · 26/12/2010 15:32

oh no !!

so sorry, what a complete nightmare for you...and so unfair on the dc

how do you know he found out ?

christmaspastcatchingup · 26/12/2010 15:34

The school were aware, no amount of grovelling will help.

We were given new names by court, court sent new details to exh!!!

It's on the school's own website.

Yes have an injunction.

His brother contacted my mother, who won't see anything wrong in ex, despite him being convicted of attempted murder, and snatching dc to airport.

And she's just phoned saying ooh bro knew your dc were doing x. I said you didn't give any information out, of course not she said. I then did a google which is what bro said to mum he and ex had done, and there it is in black and white, the only bit of info he knew.

AnyFuckerisFucked · 26/12/2010 15:39

your mum is still in contact with your violent ex ?

wtf is wrong with her ?

SantasMadMissy · 26/12/2010 15:40

Oh I am so sorry. Do they have your address details?

Very Shock at the court too!

christmaspastcatchingup · 26/12/2010 15:43

He found her on the internet, and phoned her. Rather than being non-comittal she confirmed.

I am so very angry and scared, I know as a parent noone wants to protect your children as much as you do, but why does everyone else seem to want to put my children in very real danger.

OP posts:
christmaspastcatchingup · 26/12/2010 15:44

No we have moved, many times.

OP posts:
AnyFuckerisFucked · 26/12/2010 15:48

some people really are stupid, to continue to be charmed by such a man even after they have behaved as he has, without the emotional investment of having had a romantic partnership

your mother is a stupid woman

christmaspastcatchingup · 26/12/2010 15:53

I told her similar AFIF, she is cross with me, saying that he has a right to know. No he removed all bloody rights - even the courts said he shouldn't know anything, then sent him all reports with details left on!

OP posts:
AnyFuckerisFucked · 26/12/2010 15:57

cross with you ?

tell her to get stuffed, the silly woman

your word should be enough, but if even the courts say so (and ffs, they don't make that judgement often enough IMO) she should listen, and listen good

JaxTellersOldLady · 26/12/2010 15:58

oh! What a complete cock up on all parts.

Do you have access to immediate help via a police person or social services.

Actually if you live near me you are very very welcome to come to mine. You will be safe, the children will be safe and I promise you there are lots of chocs to be scoffed.

Feel free to PM me.

AnyFuckerisFucked · 26/12/2010 16:01

jax, how wonderfully kind of you x

deludedfool · 26/12/2010 16:03

Some mothers just refuse to believe nasty stuff about their sons.

ILoveItWhenYouCallMeBoo · 26/12/2010 16:04

jesus christ. i am so angry and worried on your behalf. stupid school, stupid court, stupid mother. if it was me i would be requesting new ID's again, your safety has been compromised BY THE COURT!!! and you shoudl move the dcs again. i would have no further contact with your mother, or at least nothing that gave her any details she could pass on.

so so sorry for you. what will you do?

ABudafulSightWereHappyTonight · 26/12/2010 16:06

How unbelievably stupid of so many people - the school, your brother and mother and the courts!

I would be going back to court for another name change but I can imagine that that would be traumatic for you and your children. What a nightmare.

Jax - you are lovely. I would say the same but imagine that I am too far away!

imustbemadasaboxoffrogs · 26/12/2010 16:14

I am in a different part of the country, I would guess.

But if you want to PM me, if you need somewhere you are very welcome here.

What a monumental fuck up.

arentfanny · 26/12/2010 16:15

Space here aswell.

christmaspastcatchingup · 26/12/2010 16:17

Thank you very much Jax for the lovely offer.

I feel so helpless - we are waiting for court to change details.

I just feel so bad like it's my fault that we are in this awful situation, but everyone seems to be against me making it better, with incompetence.

My biggest fear is dc being met on way to from school. I've just had to sit them down, and explain that he knows. Of course very scary for them, but I think to be forewarned is better than ignorance.

christmaspastcatchingup · 26/12/2010 16:19

Sorry others have offered, thank you very much.

At mo, home feels safe, we've only recently moved, even my dmother doesn't know new address.

OP posts:
ILoveItWhenYouCallMeBoo · 26/12/2010 16:19

yes definitely warn them. do they know why he is a danger to them? what ages are they?

christmaspastcatchingup · 26/12/2010 16:21

age appropriate knowledge - bad man for youngest, full details for eldest and in between.

OP posts:
ILoveItWhenYouCallMeBoo · 26/12/2010 16:29

it must be very hard for them to accept and also to keep having to change everything about themselves to avoid him.

so sorry for you.

GypsyMoth · 26/12/2010 16:39
