I never realised it was so controversial! I always swallow. It's a bit salty and gloopy but I've never noticed a change in taste with diet! It's never bothered me anyhow. I think DH is rather proud of the fact that I don't have an issue swallowing!

thankfully DH's tastes better than any previous (still not exactly my final meal wish though)....fruit fruit fruit the day before. Never had the texture thing - congealed????!!! eeeeeeeeewwwwwwwwwww!!

It's the nasty aftertaste I can't stand, right at the back on your throat, it's fine til then (I generally make sure there's a glass of wine water nearby to quench the taste

with DP i'm not keen on the taste - and have spat more than swallowed, know he'd love me to swallow more - but then if he expects it all the time I won't have the option to be 'nice' lol.
