Can anyone recommend more investigative/ documentary podcasts. Any subject matter really - I like a series with an intriguing subject matter.
Things I’ve enjoyed recently:
Fever (Radio 4 podcast about origin of Covid)
The Sound (series about ‘Havana Syndrome’ and its causes)
The Girlfriends (true-crime style about domestic violence and murder, but told in a very humane way)
Trojan Horse Affair (Islamic extremism / Islamophobia in Birmingham)
Any other suggestions?

It really is.
I'm currently listening to The Retrievals which is very good.
The Teachers Pet and Teachers Trial are intresting but pretty deep and there are a lot of them!

The Cows Are Mad on BBC Sounds. It’s about the BSE outbreak in the 80s and 90s. I found it really interesting as I remember it from my childhood/early teens but - obviously - wasn’t paying much attention to the details at the time.
