Best documentary/ investigative journalism podcasts

Can anyone recommend more investigative/ documentary podcasts. Any subject matter really - I like a series with an intriguing subject matter.

Things I’ve enjoyed recently:

Fever (Radio 4 podcast about origin of Covid)
The Sound (series about ‘Havana Syndrome’ and its causes)
The Girlfriends (true-crime style about domestic violence and murder, but told in a very humane way)
Trojan Horse Affair (Islamic extremism / Islamophobia in Birmingham)

Any other suggestions?

I don't know about the first two but on Spotify you type the title of the podcast I to the search bar but I'm thinking maybe you're in a country where they arent available as I assume you've already done a search
