Has anyone else listened to this?

I managed to listen to episode 3 of series 1 first and am trying to get round the right way.

But... did episode 1 of series 1 really start with Gareth walking in on Diane sleeping with someone else and then... it was sort of ok?

Judging by the previous thread on here I think that I might be the only person on Mumsnet who loves this series!

I have listened to episodes in a random order thanks to BBC sounds algorithm. I've heard the last two of s1 and s2e1.

And now s1e1 and utterly baffled by the fact it started with Diane mid shag with a man with lovely eyes and Gareth basically just... didn't do anything. Does it ever come up again? It baffled me more because the first episode I heard - the tree falling over in a storm - had Diane massively jealous and accusing Gareth of having an affair with Bethan (?). And he didn't mention finding her in bed with someone else!

I mean, listening in the wrong order has livened up my lunch time walks trying to figure out what is going on.

Had a look at that thread and it's almost making me want to listen to it all in a sadistic way.

Don't waste time on it. It's dire

I think it's AMAZING. One of the best things I've ever listened to. For lovers of magical realism only.

I loved it but it's like myth really, so doesn't all "make sense" strictly.
