Assuming this plot line follows the usual Ambridge rules around non-Ambridge folk being basically non-existent.

And I found it beyond odd that Lilian was taking it upon herself to comment publicly on Justin’s business matters. She doesn’t work with him, she has absolutely no right or authority to do that. Why would people even assume she would know the details of the development?

Jessie planning permission probably granted on basis of a certain number of affordable houses but then a change applied for due to unforseen circumstances or other such rubbish. Our local planners let any blinking thing through despite local objection.

Hopefully Kate and Phoebe both aren't pregnant. Maybe Phoebe is (although I've not noticed the signpointing) leading to a 'I'm late' panic from Kate in a few weeks' time which results in no pregnancy. Or Lexi repeatedly fails to get pregnant from IVF but Kate is pregnant and offers the baby to her brother...?!

Emma struggles with her 'r's. She sort of says Keira as Kee-ivur.
I wish they would stop says "Me and ... are ...". Especially Emmur and Clarrie.
I hope Feebs isn't pregnant too. I missed the signposting that others have heard and took it to hint that Feebs would get a little half-sibling soon.

I wondered if Feebs might be up-duffed. Not wanting massage because of potency of essential oils/Kate noticing slight tum etc.

But surely we already have an embarrassment of pregnancy storylines - even for a soap and that's without the hypothetical spawn of Tobes'n'Kate

I'm not hearing any suggestion that Phoebe is pregnant. I thought that it was about Kate and Phoebe's relationship; Phoebe doesn't feel relaxed around her mother. More than that, there's a role reversal going on; Phoebe is taking responsibility for Kate. And just for good measure, Phoebe thinks highly of her father's new partner, Lexi.

It's all signposting a possible rift between Kate and Phoebe.

Wasn't there a Phoebe pregnancy scare storyline about a year ago, with one of the fruit pickers? Or was that a different one of the younger female characters?

Puremince that's the way I see it. They've done a Phoebe pregnancy scare already I don't think they'd do it again. Kate on the other hand ......

Here they often build affordable housing/housing restricted to key workers/housing restricted those with local links but cant sell it- as it isn't affordable and had convents for resale. So basic house £500k, affordable £300k (not actual figures but to show price difference).

Basically it is usually a bad buy as the value will always be capped. After they prove that they cant sell it the restriction is sometimes listed (national park)

has covenants- no convents involved. Although often former churches/ church schools.

I totally get why Phoebe would not want a massage from her mother. Who would not refrain from making personal comments and observations, embarrassing her. It would be different if it were Hayley.
