The bit on IPM about the couple who got together over a shared interest in TA was great, although they both want Kirsty and Roy to get together. Don't listen to the next bit though, about the woman who's husband's having an affair, I heard it this morning and it was dreadful.

Ruth and Pip are just too bizarre - they could both emigrate and not be missed.

Loved DR as well - the Diane Abbot bit was fantastic. Cheered up the ironing.

So did I. It was an extended interview this afternoon. I was thinking all the way through she needs AnyFucker to give her a bit of straight talking. What a car crash. I feel terribly sorry for her children.

No TA today. I am always totally disoriented by Christmas, and can't get my head round what day this is. I'm looking forward to listening to the film while I cook tomorrow morning.

I heard the iPM interview too - all the way through i was thinking what if she'd posted on MN. I felt sad for her and hope she doesn't regret the publicness of it all. I am also intrigued to hear trhe husband. I wonder if he'll follow the 'adultery script'. I am also disorientated by Xmas ansd thought yesterday was Saturday and Thursday was Friday etc. At least tomorrow will feel Sunday-ish I hope.

I heard that too, Vango - it made me . I heard only the end of the film as we were opening presents - for us the days of DC being up with the lark are over! I really like my presents (I don't always say that). They were all things I'd dropped hints about which i find is an excellent way to get things i like.

Anyway, to Ambridge! I do wonder if the interim ed woman had the same hatred of TA during the previous regime as most of us - and was only waiting for her turn at editing. I could imagine SOC being a difficult person to manage .

What a pain in the arse Pipsqueak is. Tube is a tube obviously but that remark about missing her grandmother's gravy was out of order.

Merry Christmas all. I missed this evening so popped here first thing to see if was worth listening. It seems not.

It wasn't.

We were very briefly at Bridge Farm with Helen, Henwee and about 5 seconds of Tom. The rest of the time at Brookfield.

Apart from a couple of sentences from Elizabeth the episode was entirely Pipsqueak, Rooth and Tube with a minor contribution from Jill and David.

Jill was hiding in the kitchen to avoid Tube.

Oh and Tube and Pipsqueak had sex. Usual sniggering about going back to bed.

Gypsy if you want to hear Rooth begging Pip to pop round - then listen, otherwise don't bother
