Hopefully we can go back to an ordinary tale of country folk?

Spoilers are frowned upon.... There's a thread for that.

He has shown his true colours by going for Emma

educatingarti · 30/09/2016 19:16

And a nation cheers!

SealSong · 30/09/2016 19:16

Ooh YES! I've waited a long time for that!

Gherkinsmummy · 30/09/2016 19:16

Emma really hit Rib where it would hurt him, exposing the pathetic bully boy

enochroot · 30/09/2016 19:16

A nation cheers!!

YES.

Northernlurker · 30/09/2016 19:17

I agree Emma was magnificent. Wasn't there an episode a bit before the stabbing where Emma's mutually supportive, loving relationship with ed who knows how lucky he is was contrasted with rob and Helen?

GypsyFl0ss · 30/09/2016 19:17

Loved Emma. Would quite like to have heard her finish him off verbally rather than have the men pile in to save her.

DoctorTwo · 30/09/2016 19:18

Go Emmur! The woman done good. And Jazzer, David and Kenton too.

GrumpyOldBag · 30/09/2016 19:18

I enjoyed that!

KingscoteStaff · 30/09/2016 19:18

Go you boys!

Cromwell1536 · 30/09/2016 19:18

Emmer! In your FACE, Knob!!!

theDudesmummy · 30/09/2016 19:19

Good for Emma!

Cromwell1536 · 30/09/2016 19:19

Right. Have to LA NOW!! Sorry, Front Row.

HumphreyCobblers · 30/09/2016 19:19

It seemed like he went for her physically though and then the blokes intervened?

SealSong · 30/09/2016 19:20

That was so good hearing Emma. I might have to listen to it again. She's a great character.

ColdTeaAgain · 30/09/2016 19:20

What a contrast to last night.
Public humiliation at last! So happy! Thought he was going to pick on one of the guys, never saw that coming. Showing his true colours for all to see Grin

Gumpendorf · 30/09/2016 19:21

So Susan.... what do you think of Rob now?

Agree Gypsy, Emma was handling Rob perfectly. She didn't need rescuing.

Great episode though. Made up for Alice's party from hell.

Vango · 30/09/2016 19:21

Wow! Heart in mouth stuff. I was (still am!) genuinely afraid for her. Excellent acting. Brilliant, all of them (including David and Josh).

ColdTeaAgain · 30/09/2016 19:21

Yep Humphrey I think that's exactly what happened!

Northernlurker · 30/09/2016 19:23

Rob is physically bigger and stronger than Emma, even with his stoma and he was drunk. She was right and she got to him but there was s strong chance he was going to hurt her there. Jolene could have dealt with him though, didn't need the blokes.

Minimammoth · 30/09/2016 19:23

Oh yes. Now we need Justin to see the light.

Vango · 30/09/2016 19:24

Ps. I think Emma very much DID need rescuing! I thought he was going to hit her 😳. The boys just happened to be in the pub!

Gherkinsmummy · 30/09/2016 19:24

Agree Emma didn't need rescuing, but everyone seeing him attempt to attack her means it's not her word against his- he's been totally exposed in front of witnesses

Bea · 30/09/2016 19:24

Wow! What an amazing episode! I would have loved for Rob to have gone for Emma... And maybe slapped her!... In front of kenton, David and jazzer so there were witnesses!... But she reefed him out right good and proper!! Woo hoo!!!!

Bea · 30/09/2016 19:26

Forgot to add a big fat BOOP BOOP for that ep!!
