Deluged damp squid or not? And has Peggy been assisted off the mortal coil by Rob yet?
And when will JD and Brian remember Debbie?

Will be even more fun when if Kirstie returns to work there.

Travelledtheworld · 30/03/2015 19:46

Apologies for being a smug nitpicker here but aren't Ambridge Synthetics PLAYMOBIL, not Lego ?
Great anyway.

They can't get rid of Let Knob go yet, he's only just started. Hellin is beginning to get herself back, he's got to reel her back in before they let him go with a bang not a whimper.

CuttedUpPear · 30/03/2015 20:26

The upcycling of Pip's personality is a bit grating. She and Fallon were clearly separated at birth, they were singing off the same hymn sheet tonight..
However let's not knock it, anyone who can have a massive mood upswing at the thought of a barn dance clearly belongs in Ambridge.

In other news, Ambridge is featured on page 3 of the Waitrose magazine, specifially Adam Macey astride his crop with a strapline about soil erosion.

I love that Waitrose automatically assumes that all of its shoppers will need no introduction to TA.
And with that in mind, how many posters here are Waitrose shoppers?
I favour a spicy blend of Waitrose and Lidls, dangerous living.

ZeroFunDame · 30/03/2015 20:58

Ocado and the odd farmer's market. But Envy about pic of Adam astride something ...

It seems to me that NewPip is not the same daughter - David and Ruth were never in awe of OldScreechyPip. I think I've worked out what's happening - but I'm afraid CUP that as a non-fan of Buffy you won't like what I've discovered.

NewPip is the Mystical Key capable of opening doors into other dimensions. She is the Dawn Summers of Ambridge. An entire new sister, fully formed, with memories of her upbringing at Brookfield - even though she has in fact only just arrived. R&D are tasked with protecting her to prevent the end of the world (this explains the curtsying every time Pip wanders into view) but they must never let her know she's not a real girl.

Iwantacampervan · 30/03/2015 21:03

Waitrose and Aldi here - that picture is not the Adam I imagine.

Lilymaid · 30/03/2015 21:07

Tonight the continuity announcer said that in Tuesday's episode Kate is bored. I immediately thought of her doing her yoga and singing Fascinating Aida 's song "I'm bored". I suppose it is the "uni" vacation and her new chums aren't around.

GypsyFloss · 30/03/2015 21:45

Waitrose and Sainsburys.

TheSilveryPussycat · 30/03/2015 22:12

Or, continuing the Buffy theme, someone has switched minds with Pip - but who?

ZeroFunDame · 30/03/2015 22:17

Who?

Wait till Ian comes back - in an almighty strop, slamming doors and crashing cars ...

Bluestocking · 30/03/2015 22:25

Was Dawn not real, Zero? I obviously wasn't paying enough attention to Buffy.
Molly Button for Slayer. I've changed my mind about the Watcher - it's not Jim at all, but Maurice.

GypsyFloss · 31/03/2015 07:15

Hahah Zero . I haven't watched Buffy but that did make me laugh. And realise that I actually really miss the stroppy, self entitledness that was OldPip.

Minimammoth · 31/03/2015 08:19

Taking me awhile to catch up. Buddy stuff going over my head, as I can't remember the characters in detail. I think I might live in Borcetshire. So Waitrose, teeny Tesco and farmers.

ppeatfruit · 31/03/2015 10:12

Grand idea Errol to call the new AO The Packhouse Grin .Yes of course when we're over the pond we shop in Waitrose, oh and Farmers' Markets and Planet Organic etc. I sound a bit poncey don't I? but I don't care Grin.

Oh and may I offer an idea 'to put heart into the soil' that's as old as effing gardening\farming it's called COMPOSTING Adam DUH!!!!! Grin

I have posted some new spoilers information on the other thread. Don't bring them it back here or Olivia (amongst others) will go ballistic.

ElephantsAndMiasmas · 31/03/2015 15:58

I think Pip is a bit like Anthony in the (bloody terrifying) story It's a Good Life - controlling everything with her mind so they have to agree and smile lest she destroy them.

Bluestocking · 31/03/2015 16:40

Thank you so much, Elephants, I heard that story on the radio a couple of years ago and couldn't track it down - it is one of the most terrifying pieces of writing imaginable, isn't it?
RoboPip could definitely be controlling events with her mind. What if she comes into conflict with Henry/Damian/The Magickal Babe - who would win?

ErrolTheDragon · 31/03/2015 17:10

I came across that story on one of the previous TA threads - I think that it was Henry who was being cast in the Anthony role that time.

ZeroFunDame · 31/03/2015 18:11

Oh I remember. Grin

Pseudo linked it I think - and everyone I ran away screaming. Grin

GypsyFloss · 31/03/2015 19:10

The HSE inspector sounds like NewTom doing a grownup voice!

KEEP YER FRIFFING SPOILERS TO YERSELF

Icimoi · 31/03/2015 20:20

Did I hear Ruth say that Heatherpet was coming for Easter? That would be the Heatherpet who was constantly falling over and was so enfeebled that she had to have her daughter and her daughter's family very close by to look after her? And she's suddenly able to travel on her own? Must be the Ambridge health fairy operating again.

ZeroFunDame · 31/03/2015 20:31

Icimoi You may have missed the discussion yesterday (?) between R&D about who would collect Heather. Ruth suggested that Josh try his hand at a long journey and coaxed David into agreement.

Gasp0deTheW0nderD0g · 31/03/2015 23:00

Yes'm.

As for Josh collecting Heatherpet, sounds like an excellent solution. 17-year-old newly qualified drivers on their first long drive on the motorway are exactly the choice to transport the frail and elderly. Hmm

Bluestocking · 31/03/2015 23:26

Surely not even the Dopeys would send a seventeen year old P driver on a 450 mile round trip to collect Heatherpet? Was someone going to go with him?
