Deluged damp squid or not? And has Peggy been assisted off the mortal coil by Rob yet?
And when will JD and Brian remember Debbie?

Yeah amazing poets on this thread Grin Bert Fry'd better look out !!

UpNorthAgain · 22/03/2015 17:02

squeaver I take your point about the constant 'eeh bah gum' reminders with Johnnie. If he really was from Leeds he would say I were right made up anyway. Subject / verb agreement is not a strength round here. They could get the cod-northerness correct!

BuildYourOwnSnowman · 22/03/2015 17:19

When ruari makes his appearances I'm always waiting for him to end with 'ah, to be sure, to be sure'

CuttedUpPear · 22/03/2015 17:25

Bore

I second your motion

ErrolTheDragon · 22/03/2015 18:03

I wonder how the second part of Charlie's meeting with rob went - after calmly lobbing the CM grenade did C then ask R what happened about the culvert maintainable? If that was R's responsibility C must be pretty furious given that he nearly died and also JE may be blamed.

There once was an Archer named Kenton
An expensive vacation he went on
He returned from his daughter
To a pub underwater
And discovered his money mis-spenten

I am ON FIRE today.

PseudoBadger · 22/03/2015 18:38

Oh and thanks for the star Topaz!

I've been on a long journey today. Did anyone catch Kirsty and Tom the pig farmer on the listening project.they were trying to work out whether to bring their baby up as a vegetarian! Grin made me smile!

EBearhug · 22/03/2015 19:58

Yes, I heard it. I smiled, too.

Davros · 22/03/2015 20:24

I can't bear Bert and the funeral and poetry is going to give me the worst rage ever!
Never mind bitterns, they need parakeets, they're everywhere

EBearhug · 22/03/2015 20:44

Parakeets aren't everywhere if you're not in or near London. Don't get any round here.

GypsyFloss · 22/03/2015 20:54

I can't stand Bert either and I'm really hoping that as we've heard so much about the funeral planning, even down to dull Patrick playing the organ, that it means we'll just get the post funeral tea and sandwiches.

stilllearnin · 22/03/2015 22:12

ebearhug I felt a bit sorry for them - having to follow the couple trying to decide whether to allow wolves to help raise their son!!

ErrolTheDragon · 22/03/2015 23:52

I dunno, bet Alan does a good funeral and it could be a good chance for Patrick and Kirsty to meet up.

So ... Helen is interpreting Rob's mood as some sort of PTSD?Confused

LillianGish · 23/03/2015 05:58

I hope Soak's EE credentials don't mean we'll get some sort of EE-style funeral fiasco/drama.

BitOutOfPractice · 23/03/2015 06:07

EBearHug that's not true. Ring neck parakeets are very widely found across the uk.

TeenyfTroon · 23/03/2015 07:48

Is anyone else having trouble downloading yesterday's film podcast? I've done it 3 times and each time I get the one from the 16th instead of the 22nd. I had it lined up for yesterday's car journey, and set off as the music played, so I didn't realise till it was too late to do anything about it. Shock

Kirk1 · 23/03/2015 08:25

Is anyone else having the urge to slap Kenton? It's not David's fault the stupid irresponsible fool decided to spend money he didn't have. David's big mistake was trusting in the sense of a man who he really should know by now hasn't got any!

GypsyFloss · 23/03/2015 08:39

Me too. he's just such an irresponsible manchild. Listening to him banging on about Dave and then J'lene whinging on about everything makes me want to switch off.

EBearhug · 23/03/2015 08:54

Ring neck parakeets are very widely found across the uk.

Maybe, but I've never seen them here or in other parts of the UK (like where my sister lives or cousins live), whereas in London, it's almost guaranteed you'll see them flying.

Didn't Jack see one when he was in the nursing home?

mummytime · 23/03/2015 09:15

Parakeets aren't wide spread here either, and we've just outside London. Admittedly they are only 5-10 miles away and have been seen 2 miles away, but haven't got any closer. (Unlike the foreign spiders etc.)

ArcheryAnnie · 23/03/2015 09:33

Watermelon that is truly magnificent.
