I think Rob is more gleeful about the prospect of having something over on Charlie. I think he will threaten to out him. the Ian thing is just a bonus.

Hmm but he's being a bit short sighted about the Charlie thing. If not dancing to Jess' tune means not paying, it'll end in deductions from his wage. Now, Charlie as his manager shouldn't know anything about that, but it is the sort of thing that company's get wrong easily. Or jess could tell belfast that charlie is the one to get in touch with in thecfirst instance. Julia could be quite difficult to live with, as I remember. I am not sure you can say, "not horrible at all."

I don't think Knob really cares about hurting Adam and Ian. He wants Charlie over a barrel. However, I don't think Charlie will really care. He has not pretended to be heterosexual. Rob will try to blackmail him, and Charlie will rightly shrug it off.

Also Charlie is much smarter than Rob and can outmanoeuvre him with his hands tied behind his back.

I predict that one day Helen will ask Rob "who are you?"
