maxybrown · 06/07/2010 17:27

I don't know!! There was cornwall, yorkshire dales or peninsula in wales - not sure if we just get allocated one or can choose! I am just so excited that I have won something.

5inthebed · 06/07/2010 17:29

How did you win it? I'd love to go to Wales.

maxybrown · 06/07/2010 17:44

maxybrown · 06/07/2010 18:08

Thank you I did a little dance round the kitchen and everything hee hee

carrielou2007 · 06/07/2010 18:17

Fabbi that's brill Maxy the volo is gorgous did you actually use it as it does not look like you have!!

Diva I had a look for that scarf for you today in Cribbs Causeway but they had sold out, I did ask.

I have a new pram but it is hiding in the boot of my car until dc are in bed for a play. I sorted out ds's room today and removed the quest for a play, xt and swift. They are all now in my hallway cupboard and the volo is so small it fits in too!!

lillypie · 06/07/2010 18:19

carrielou what have you bought!!!

maxybrown · 06/07/2010 18:21

I want Jans Mountain Buggy

carrielou2007 · 06/07/2010 18:31

I do get the MB love I have to say .

Have a shiny new Urbo insted of Bee+ (compact RF) not sure if I really want it but have a friend who is desparate for one so thought if I don't like it could let her pay bit by bit for it or something. They seem popular so should be able to sell on for what I paid for it if not .

carrielou2007 · 06/07/2010 18:34

I also got one of the M and P seats too thank you Lillypie, they did not have any in Bristol but ordered it, perfect for when dd goes in her dad's car

maxybrown · 06/07/2010 18:34

ooh never heard of that - out of it now really with pushchairs. Hope I can afford MB as would like to try one and would be great for walking - then I have no reason to not lose weight! plus james new pre school he will got to for 3 months from sept is opposite swimming pool so could go for a swim whilst he is in there

5inthebed · 06/07/2010 19:49

OOo Carrie, jealous of you getting an Urbo! DS3 now too big for any of the new prams they're bringing out . I did sit him in a Sola though, he fitted lvoel in it but would be extravagent me buying one for him as he'd soon outgrow it.

Just ben to Ikea writting a list of things I want for my new house. Lots of lovely things in the Ikea sale as well. Going to get DS3 a toddler bed for the house instead of taking his cot. Get both a new bed and a new room out of the way I think. They have the Trofast toddler bed reduced from £99 to £25! Bargain!

maxybrown · 06/07/2010 19:54

wow that is a bargain 5in! We have the older ikea toddler bed here, tis fabby - I can just about squish into it on smallest setting

5inthebed · 06/07/2010 19:59

DS1+2 both had an Ikea toddler bed, it was the best thing! Actually, DS2 got DS1's when he got a bigger bed. Very sturdy!

maxybrown · 06/07/2010 20:05

yeah they are - bet it was same one - vikare I think. I got it from the car boot for a fiver but tis fabby. DS was only about 4 months old when I bought it

5inthebed · 06/07/2010 20:09

Does the foot bit and head bit both fold out to extend it?

maxybrown · 06/07/2010 20:12

yes

maxybrown · 06/07/2010 20:15

this is the one

5inthebed · 06/07/2010 20:24

Thats the one

I have fond memories of that bed. I gave it away on freecycle last year when DS2 got his mid sleeper.

CharlottesClan · 06/07/2010 20:56

hullo

i just wondered if anyone here has/had a sola? ive got one and im having issues with getting the fabric up clean..

any tips?

5inthebed · 06/07/2010 22:19

Don't have a Sola, but have washed many pram fabrics in the past. What is the problem you're having? Can you tak it off the frame? If you can, put it in a pillow case on a delicate wash in the washing machine and is should come up ok.

lillypie · 07/07/2010 08:00

maxy Here she will wrap for courier if yoiu arrange one ,

maxybrown · 07/07/2010 08:19
