Yeah I guess so. I hope she does reply

Right, does anyone have this ? I'm looking at it for DS (maybe instead of the kitchen as DH hates it) They seem to go for over a £100 on ebay but maybe someone has a nice one here....

PS, I'm so getting DS that duvet, he's in a cot but I'll find a way

nicolamumof3 · 25/09/2009 21:40

they got lovely new stuff on next, am loving this coat love green coats. theres a nice one in older boys too for Tom but think he has coat already normally last him at least 2yrs as he's small.

scatty those train tables we got one from woolies last year half price £50 it is great, so look around and you can get one it doesn't need to be thomas table. same for the track etc buy tesco's own make then spend money on the thomas trains he will recognise and love as they're £15plus each!

Oh don't say that Nicola last year I bought DS £300 worth of train tracks for his birthday and Christmas, I never know other stuff fitted with it. Sob.

And you got that exact table for £50?! Why can I never find a bargain?????

nicolamumof3 · 25/09/2009 21:51

nooooo not that exact one lovely! its a chad valley one from woolworths but the boys don't care! its a train table so they can have all their track out or take the track down and its like a road map for cars and it came with track and trains. you don't need all the branded stuff all the time just 'key pieces' lol!!

nicolamumof3 · 25/09/2009 21:51

what did you think of the green coat?

OP posts:
scattykatty · 25/09/2009 21:58

GORGEOUS!!!!!!! Buy it, it'll make you feel better Plus you never treat yourself, always the boys so it's about time

Ok I'm a bit glad it wasn't that exact table, I'm feeling very unlucky at the moment! Just found a website offering the table and the engineers bridge set for £299 instead of £400 so that's good....

nicolamumof3 · 25/09/2009 22:00

hold on...the green coat was for the boys!!!

please don't spend all that money on a train table...let me look for you.

maxybrown · 25/09/2009 22:02

Yes I like the green duffle. I got Ds a green coat in Gap yesterday with my voucher. Looks lovely on. here this is similar, slightly different over here!

maxybrown · 25/09/2009 22:03

What do you think of my coat? I've liked it for a while and got all excited when you said green coat

Bit tweedy I know, but I love it!

nicolamumof3 · 25/09/2009 22:06

thats nice maxy, i love gap coats, tom always had the down ones, now i have three boys i have to buy cheaper ones!! im debating about going to next sale tomorrow mid season sales are usually crap tho?

OP posts:
scattykatty · 25/09/2009 22:07

Wow that second table looks REALLY good.... oh the options! DH hates the kitchen idea so this is much more up his street

nicolamumof3 · 25/09/2009 22:08

yes i like it had one v.similar a few years back. i have like a full length o neill down one brown and pink v.cosy but want a wool coat this year, i like the yellow duffle but coats always come up huge on me as im a shorty the sleeves are always too long so i normally have to get petite.

OP posts:
maxybrown · 25/09/2009 22:09

Yeah I noticed they still had stuff in next from summer, like those pjs we got and the jeans in the darker denim, so it'll be all stuff like that won't it?

I have the red puffer for DS but it's not cold enough yet for that, so thought that coat would be nice for now, bit of a splash out really but nice with 30% off

scattykatty · 25/09/2009 22:11

I might treat myself to the green coat now I've got all excited about it wool coats really are my faves.

I do like those boys ones too, bit NIcola you JUST said you were going to get stuff for yourself!

nicolamumof3 · 25/09/2009 22:13

the second one is exactly what we have comes with so much stuff its soooo worth it. quite big but if you have sep playroom not a problem, then you can get wicker baskets to go underneath to store track in. perfect!

nicolamumof3 · 25/09/2009 22:15

i can't wait to put luka in his stripey top tomorrow! i ended up spending boden voucher on tate, i just couldn't decide what to get for me

i really need some more trousers for tate he's growing out of the 2-3's now so thought it might be worth a look i could go early if i got up.

OP posts:
scattykatty · 25/09/2009 22:16

If I take a pic of my playroom tomorrow and email it to you would you tell me if you think it'll fit? The playroom is REALLY narrow and has two cuboards built it which means not much wall space to put things up against IYKWIM

nicolamumof3 · 25/09/2009 22:19

ok i got pics of our table when terry first put it together. the other best toys we've had is the wooden ELC trike and the ELC whizz around garage both things played with every day and boys still use trike now! i sold the garage much to tates disgust!!
