If DH and I ever split up (no, never) we would be competing to see who could get him the cheapest

FlyMeToDunoon · 09/09/2009 22:03

Hi. The seller of that Vigour has gone quiet. I won't actually mind if it doesn't come off.
I should be saving atm anyway [sure fire way to get her to email is to realise how skint I am lol]
Sold my ebay stuff for good prices and bought pink crocs for a fiver delivered for DD2. Fab.

scattykatty · 09/09/2009 22:04

That's what I said! I know it's hard to get the balance right, but the gap between what her DC1 gets and DC2 is HUGE and it has become obvious now. I think her and the Ex need to calm it down a lot, I mean a 6 year old should not be getting a trampoline, Wii and a blooming laptop!

nicolamumof3 · 09/09/2009 22:04

Thats ridiculous you know you can get them nice things without spending a fortune, tom wanted a mobile phone and maybe he was a bit young but i got him a lovely samsung one only cost me £11 from argos he was made up. more than anything they just like to be with you, thats true whatever the age.

nicolamumof3 · 09/09/2009 22:06

what will they get him for his 12th bday they'll be burnt out!!

i fancy a changing bag, has anyone got an oioi hobo giraffe print or m&p phoebe??!

scattykatty · 09/09/2009 22:08

I said exactly that Nicola, I said by 12 he'll be expecting a house

I do have the Phoebe, you still have dibs

nicolamumof3 · 09/09/2009 22:10

a nappy, large pack of wipes, few nappy bags spare pants/trousers for Tate two juice cups and maybe some snacks, would it all fit? what are pockets like? just want a smallish bag to hang on handles of xt like a handbag.

Ha! What did I tell you. The seller of the Vigour just got in contact. I wonder if she is lurking. Hellooooo
5in you have mail.

maxybrown · 09/09/2009 22:15

My DS would be over the moon with a pile of old camper magazines

nicolamumof3 · 10/09/2009 07:43

well its a bargain dunoon! at least you get your bargain pram unlike me.

Just got xt footmuff on, not sure i like it!! but it does fit lovely

sweetkitty · 10/09/2009 07:58

Morning all been lurking and trying to keep up.

Spent last night on the Icandy website and so want a Peach but know they are going to be SO expensive more than a Vibe.

My quest is I need a quick folding double as a lot of my life is drive, get kids out car for 5 mins, kids back in car etc, the Peach looks great in that I could unfold, DD3 in front, baby in back in car seat, wouldn't have to keep taking the baby in and out of the car seat or trying to carry a car seat across car parks etc

Disenchanted - I STILL have the Infinity you know no one wants it, why I don't know.

maxybrown · 10/09/2009 08:08

Morning, another nice day
I have put a want on the toys bit asking if anyone has any story cassettes or CDs, so thought I'd mention here too just in case! Please and thank you

Knickers0nMaHead · 10/09/2009 08:23

SK, I would love another infinity but both dc's occasionally use a single.

Stick it on ebay.

Disenchanted3 · 10/09/2009 08:30

I would love it SK but its too much I think at the mo without the raincover and I've got a pink kaiser so wouldn't need the footmuff.

Maybe I should sell the MB.

nicolamumof3 · 10/09/2009 08:44

changed XT footmuff to retro spot! i don't like xt one as a liner but the retro spot looks ok, tbh i prefer the XT with nothing on it!!

But i've just bought two more buggysnuggles woops!! lets hope he likes the nipper!!!

maxy you have mail

Disenchanted3 · 10/09/2009 08:52

ooh which 2 nic??

nicolamumof3 · 10/09/2009 09:16

i bought berries from SGK just need to pay for that when i get back from toddlers and a cream retro spot with orange green red spots yum! i do like my spots.

Knickers0nMaHead · 10/09/2009 09:19

Are pupabag ones any good?

Need to pimp p&t for winter

Disenchanted3 · 10/09/2009 09:32

Pupabags fit great on p&ts, i had a few sets for mine whewn the boyswere little, fit the backseat well too.

NaccetyMac · 10/09/2009 10:21

Hi ladies!

I'm still mostly in love with my Bebeconfort Urban, tis greatsmashingsuper! I got a carrycot for it on ebay and thegiant baby still fits in it, so bonus.

I've still had nothing from Maclaren - no parcel, she emailed nearly 2 weeks ago to say it was sent, after a week I claimed on paypal, they closed the case, but no funds back as her account was empty.

I know she's having a hard time, but that does not make it OK to rip people off.

nicolamumof3 · 10/09/2009 11:05

NM i doubt she would intentionally not send, have you mailed her?

I think i might had o'd on the buggysnuggles!! i wonder if my nipper's being sent today?!
