Its the visor that isnt right - but there are other pushchairs very very similar to this so its probably a hybrid.

It is a Maxtto Mio 3, can't link it as I'm on the phone and I can't find one anywhere, although a pink one came up on advanced search on eBay.
It is much more like a Zapp than a Zia, but with a recline option and the funky pull down shade on the hood. They did a mio 4 too!
