The solution is simple. 5'4" or under, get the B-Agile. 5'6" or taller, get the BJCM. Anything in between and chooe depending on whether you prefer high handles or low.

I have the petite star zia too and really like it Smile

Well , I am 5ft dh is 6 ft...hhmmmm....I'm not sold on the petite star because it has 2 handles and not a bar.

I have watched you tube videos and no one mentions how they push, surely this is important to other people , not just me.

I've got a Cosatto Yo, it's light, easy to push, umbrella fold. I really like it.

Another vote for petite star zia I love mine, I had a Quinny before that and it was awful.

I love my luna mix. It lies back flat, easy to push, easy to push one handed as well as its a bar not handles iyswim. folds flat too so can be put in a small car boot.

Can you wait a few months? If you can, then the Baby Jogger City Mini GT will be your best bet. It's basically a BJCM with air tyres and an adjustable handlebar, but it won't be cheap.

If you both need to push the pushchair and you've got such differing heights, you really need an adjustable handlebar.

The Toro's good but has two handles, although I think you can still push it one handed because of the unusual shape.

I'm struggling for suggestions! If you spend much more time pushing than your partner does, I'd get a B-Agile so that you're comfortable.

What about a Bugaboo Bee? They're light, lie flat and have an adjustable handlebar. I believe they're nce to push but I've never had one myself.

bishboschone · 15/01/2012 19:58

That's the thing , I do push it the most and he says he isn't bothered about which one I buy . My mother are my 4 is perfect but isn't a stroller . It's just too cumbersome for every day use . Don't like the bugaboo but thank you for the idea .

I'd go for the B-Agile then.

bishboschone · 15/01/2012 20:05

I just googled the new baby jogger , it does look lovely . Oh bugger

I wouldn't hold out for the BJCM GT unless you're happy to wait for months. The release dates seem to constantly be put back. If you wanted a GT, it may be possible to get a BJCM and add the GT wheels later. They may sell them as spares. But they can't be used to replace all wheels on the BJCM3 as the GT is a 4 wheeler, so you'd have to get a BJCM4.

I personally would go for the B-Agile simply for the handle height. My DP rarely pushes a pushchair but doesn't complain when he ends up pushing the Zapp. Probably because it's not for long and he doesn't really think about the fact we could have a little one with a higher handle.

aswellasyou · 15/01/2012 20:48

Sorry!

Tiggywunkle · 15/01/2012 20:52

First of all the GT is a three wheeler. You can't replace BJCM wheels with GT ones. The front wheel fixings / spikes go the opposite way. The rear ones may fit but certainly not the front one.

bishboschone · 15/01/2012 20:53

I'm not in a mega rush as I planned to sell travel system when ds has grown out of the car seat in around 2 months . I don't want to spend a hundred pound odd and then wish I'd have waited .

Tiggywunkle · 15/01/2012 20:54

GT will be £329 BTW.
BJCM3 price will be £250

Tiggywunkle · 15/01/2012 20:54

It would be worth the wait :)

bishboschone · 15/01/2012 21:33

That's a lot for a stroller .. Do you know anywhere you can pre order one?

bugaboo bee+ is stylish, light as a feather to push & is great one handed too. i go up and down pavements using only one hand. It lies flat for sleeping, uses a baby cocoon to save the cost of a carry cot bit, folds pretty small (which was a main attraction for me as i put my dalmatian dog and my bugaboo in the boot of my peugeot 307 hatchback). so It's a good buy. only drawback is the small wheels which make it a bumpy ride and stiff to push on gravel, sand,or cobbled streets.
