Struggling to Sell our house

Hi Everyone.
I hope you don't mind me posting here to get some advice about selling our house, we use an Agent, and its been on the market for 868 days, we have had some interest but nothing enough for anyone to put in an offer. I would be grateful on your views, I have tough skin so please be honest. all the other houses that are very similar in this area have sold for similar prices.

Is it my eyes or do you really have carpet in one of the bathrooms? That would put me off. Also I don't think the giant rubbish bins in the kitchen and bathroom are doing you any favours. But the worst is the beanbag toom.

I’d change and go with a local agent who knows buyers in the area. Cheap online agents don’t always work

The windows upstairs are far too small. I would want far more privacy in my garden, you all overlook each other. Hate corner baths.
