NC for this for privacy! My house has been on the market for just over a month and has only received one low ball offer - does anyone have any tips on how to get it sold?!

Are you using one or more of the various price tracking apps to see what other sellers are doing with their asking prices?

Lots of people claim where they live houses go in a flash, asking price offer in 2 weeks etc. If you price correctly it will sell.

If you look at most areas though demand is usually way down from previous years, I think monthly mortgage approvals are something like half the peak numbers of a few years ago?
