The KitchenAid is very close to the sink and the bedside tables are very far away from the bed.

I'd rip out all the ghastly grey kitchen units for a start. Lovely expansive space, poorly used.

and the decking would have to go as well, dreadful stuff.

KievLoverTwo · 10/10/2024 04:45

I hate seeing beautiful old buildings that have been blandwashed. There isn’t a single aspect of this home I find appealing, apart from the exterior:(

Jeezitneverends · 10/10/2024 04:53

It looks like they’ve 90% moved out and tried to stage the house with what’s left-it’s SO poorly done! Either sell it empty or use a staging company and do it properly!

The bones of it are good , but I’d also have these grey kitchen doors changed, quite like the green though

Chowtime · 10/10/2024 04:55

He had all that, a lovely wife and a great job and he still managed to let his cock get the better of him. All he had to do was go to work, do his job, go home.

Yep! 😅

Oh well.

Just try and imagine your frame of mind if you were in his wife's shoes. Probably just desperate to get away from the place.

AlwaysFreezing · 10/10/2024 05:09

So pedestrian.

Copperoliverbear · 10/10/2024 05:09

I don't like it, very bland.
How he's not in prison in beyond me, dirty old pervert.
He will do it again obviously, because he probably feels he's got off lightly

helloopossums · 10/10/2024 05:13

What a depressing house, completely soulless

I appreciate that, but I’m not looking at whose house it is, just the house

MargaretBetts · 10/10/2024 05:14

His poor wife and kids.

Anicecumberlandsausage · 10/10/2024 05:46

I live near Dulwich and I love to see the houses round there that I can never afford. I am always disappointed when the RM ad turns up and I think OMG, WHAT DID YOU DO TOTNAT LOVELY HOUSE?

I wouldn't buy it, even if I won the lotto. 😂

Anicecumberlandsausage · 10/10/2024 05:46

THAT obvs

Canonlythinkofthisone · 10/10/2024 05:49

Gosh. The house is depressing. Also, what furnishings are left are reminiscent of a student house I lived in in 2007 🤣🤣

Jaichangecentfoisdenom · 10/10/2024 05:56

I didn't get further than the first photo of the outside and stopped at the point where the agent used the word: "gross". Knowing who owns it, that was too much for me.

MargaretBetts · 10/10/2024 05:57

I just think it looks very sad, beautiful structure, the interior reflects shattered lives, (not HE), his poor wife and five children.

Now they’ll have their home decor (what’s left of it) ripped apart online/in the red tops.

LuluBlakey1 · 10/10/2024 06:02

I think it's a lovely house- needs a bit of fiddling on with but I'd buy it. It's a very attractive unlived in house for sale. If you could afford to buy it, you could afford to spend £20,000 making it stunning. Probably get it reduced anyway.

Bodeganights · 10/10/2024 06:02

Terrible photos, which one is it on streetview? As there are no photos of the front.

Beautiful house but very disappointing bedding.

dottiehens · 10/10/2024 06:11

The rooms look so cheap. I wonder if it would get sold soon or be heavily discounted before it happens.

CabbagesAndCeilingWax · 10/10/2024 06:16

Seems like a very ordinary, non-show-home house, cheap pine furniture in the bedrooms etc - it's only shocking when you look at the price tag! I probably would have paid to hire some furniture, mostly because it's weirdly intimate seeing it like this.

But if I had 5 mil to spend on a lovely house in London, the previous owners' bedroom furniture wouldn't make any difference to me - I can't see why the house would be discounted?

Bansheed · 10/10/2024 06:21

Fantastic house, nice and neutral, so you can put your own stamp on it, easily. Great location, great size and easy layout. Hope it sells well and his wife gets a decent whack. He has destroyed so many lives and robbed her of her security and financial future.

sashh · 10/10/2024 06:26

There seems to be so much wasted space. And what is going on in the kitchen with three different cupboard doors.

Lulu1919 · 10/10/2024 06:53

I like the light but it's a little bland but that's good as easier to make it your own I guess
