The Devon Omaze house

What's up with this one? It actually seems to have a fairly conventional floor plan, with reasonable proportions. Yes, you enter upstairs and only 3 bedrooms in the main house, but it doesn't have the glaring issues they so often have.

Can anyone track it down on a map?

I don't think it's floods. It's quite inland and high up.
The flood defences are long since finished and along the esplanade.

It looks small and possibly built in part of a garden so maybe there's access issues or is very overlooked. It doesn't look that big for a fancy house.
