Hi all
No point to this really other than needing some reassurance - 3 of us in the chain. 2 of us ready and waiting for about 4 weeks now and our buyers solicitor caught up last week. All enquiries etc done, last we heard they will be sending our buyer the final report and to expect an update end of the week with the possibility to discuss exchange and completion dates. The estate agents appear to all be chasing it now too.
Just have so much anxiety that we will fall at the final hurdle! So many stories lately of buyers pulling out last minute. We have now began packing as we are a family of 5 (nearly 6) and have accumulated a lot of stuff in the 9 years at our current place.
How does everyone cope with the anxiety when you get so close to the end but yet it can still all go wrong at any moment!
