I think he really really doesn’t want to do it. Just had lovely guy round to quote. Promise I’ll be back to tell you how much but what’s the most ridiculous price you can think of and double it. Not to re render, just paint. Our house looks like this 🏡, semi detached, will need scaffolding.

Anything north of £3,500 I'd be thinking sod it, I'll climb up a ladder and do it myself.

£35,000 I'd think he's expecting to arrive at a bare plot of land and build the house before painting it.
