Lovely big house but it’s SO close to the next door house! All that woodwork which has been painted black has been done so badly too, you can see by the way the lights hitting it

If I lived in that house, I'd have to spend all my time in the jungle bedroom - it's the only space with any character or warmth! Horses for courses, though - I'm sure lots of people would love all that space and the high spec kitchen diner.

Those gates are horrible - it looks like a prison.

Needs completely remodelling. For that price I'd also expect not to live in such close proximity to others unless I was in London

Swale (which includes the island) is an area of high deprivation, and there hasn't been much investment for a long time.

Work on the island is basically the docks, three prisons and a load of caravan sites, so, to afford the house, you would probably have to work off the island (reliant on the bridge and traffic is often bad as a lot of the populatoon works on the mainland. Not sure how often the trains run these days).

That said, there are some decent beaches and open spaces (a lot is marsh).

If I had £850k to spend, I would probably spend it elsewhere, though, as neither the location or house are to my taste.

It’s awful except for the kids rooms & garden.

Having just got home from a chilly bike ride, those floors are making me shiver. It looks so cold even if it's actually toasty. For that sort of money I'd be wanting a warm welcome home. Not to my taste.

It certainly ticked a lot of the interior design don'ts from yesterday's thread.
