Red flag? Multiple properties for sale in same rd?

Im considering viewing a house. There are currently 3 properties up for sale. The road has approx 70 houses.
Its 80% victorian terrace, 20% modern new build with the new build being housing association and terraced being mostly owned/rented.
When I look on rightmove a few of the terraced houses including the one im considering have changed hands within 2/3 years.
They are not starter homes... big 3/4 bed terraces with large yards.
They have however gone up a lot in value which might explain the movement.
Would this put you off?

I used that link too. I've lived here for 28yrs, on local fb and read the local newspaper a lot. No idea how it got the violence/sexual crime amounts unless it was incidents from the local senior school and kids on kids crimes. But then public order offences would have been higher than one 🤔
