It's very near the centre and people who want to live in city centres tend to be young professionals who haven't yet started families. They might fancy a place like that which had been converted into flats.
If they want a (very) large family home that was a period property, they'd probably go for somewhere like Tettenhall which is on the leafy outskirts of Wolverhampton, and with easy access to the countryside.
The centre of Wolverhampton has also been badly affected by the recession, so some of the shops and stores, which might once have been an attraction will have closed.
It's an unusual property for the location and while it might be just want some buyers want, I think it's not an easy sell.
