This is a new build. What is in the bath, it is like a layer of greenish liquid?

Also the bathroom tiles should be landscape not portrait IMO.

How do you mow the grass under the steps?

There is space for an appliance in the kitchen but no plug socket.

£330,000 for a 2 up 2 down in Somerset, in a tiny village.

I hate this house, it makes me irrationally cross!

I am house hunting in the area, I will not be viewing it!

I'm flippin' annoyed that builders/developers are not required to build homes ready fitted with solar panels, batteries, chargers, triple-glazing, ASHP's, etc. The govt are useless at moving the dial on climate-change, and I doubt that Labour would be better.

Yup - instead you've got a new build full of underfloor heating!

I'm surprised nobody has mentioned the toilet off the lounge yet!

I think it is highly likely Labour would be better on this, they have indicated they will look at building regs/renewables, it is an obvious thing to do if you are not on the side of fossil fuel as our current PM is Angry

You'd just create a board to close off under the steps and keep it as neat storage for garden bits.
