What rooms in your home would you want larger?

Yes, the bathroom. Ours is tiny, and downstairs.

The hallway. The place of most clashing between children.

Bedrooms. None of us have enough space in our bedrooms. A bigger living room would be nice too.

I'm happy with my kitchen though, and don't want a bigger bathroom, it's just more to clean.

Loft bedroom. Me and DH are up there and it was supposed to be a grand master suite but in reality it turned out to be the smallest bedroom in the house. Bloody architect 🤬

Bedroom. Happy with the size of the other rooms but our biggest bedroom is a weird shape and the other two don’t have much space for more than a bed and chest of drawers.

Kitchen!

Ds’s bedroom , we split the big room into 2 but due to his room having the staircase bulkhead in it it’s pretty small.

Utility room. It's long but I'd prefer it wide. It's my own fault, I designed it.

Living room - I'd love t be able to fit the whole family in without people having to squash into every inch of floorspace.

Very happy with all the other room sizes but would love to have a bigger kitchen . It's a decent size but would be good to have a table and chairs - currently use a separate dining room.

I’d like a bigger hallway , the rest of the house is perfect .

Utility room - to hide all the washing!

None! We’ve just renovated and changed the layout slightly. We were very fortunate in that the previous owners had converted a bedroom into a bat(room so we have the luxury of a very large bathrooms, separate bath and shower and still loads of room. The utility is also large as it’s a big chunk of the old kitchen. We’re very fortunate

Baththroom(s) - we've got three but they are all quite small. Also our utility room is very small. First world problem I know as we are lucky to have a very decent size house and only DH & I here now. Our living room is one of those wierd long thin rooms so although a good square footage it's an awkward shape.

In my imaginary home that I build, the kitchen is the biggest room in the house.

I'd like our kitchen to be a bit bigger.It's a good size and we have a table and chairs at one end but I'd love it to be a just a couple of feet wider.

Bathroom and DD's bedroom, although I suspect no matter how large it was it'd be a tip.

We're lucky because despite being in a small 2 bed, the living room, kitchen and our bedroom are all a really good size.

Bathroom. My bedroom too but it's adequate as it's just me. Wish I had a nice big laundry room! It's in a closet at the top of the stairs and the fist floor banister acts as a clothing rail

Kitchen. It's like a large cupboard but I can't face the upheaval and expense of changing it. I'll leave that to the next person when I eventually sell my house. 🌹

I would love a larger landing with it's own window.
The bathroom and the 4th bedroom could be bigger too.
