Kitchen maybe- but one reason we picked this lovely house (rented) is that all the rooms are a great size including a huge en-suite with bath and a lovely large shower room

Kitchen is big enough 16 ft x11 ft but not the massive bifold doors plus sofa kind of thing we have had a few times before

Utility.
Most rooms are a good size with a tiny utility squashed in at the back. We didn't design it but if l did l would go for a fine size utility to take a lot of pressure off other areas.

Kitchen without a doubt. Tiny 1930s galley. Would also love a downstairs loo.

The boiler room, which will become a utility room. It will turn out to be quite small with all the kitchen cupboards and three dog baskets.

I wish the shop room, which goes round a corner, could be squared off, as it is the study/library room and I am running out of wall space for bookshelves. It is the weirdest shape and so is the bedroom above it.

Utility room and porch. 3 x bigger please.

Bedrooms for us.
we have lovely downstairs space (extended) and a large landing but small bedrooms. I’d have designed it differently!

Kitchen and living room

My garden im counting it as a room and my office.

Hallway, downstairs loo/utility, kitchen. Our house is a decent size but stuff expands to fill it so really every room could do with being bigger!

Kitchen. It's hard to have two people in there at once.

Dining room and the box bedroom

Jericha · 18/05/2023 14:04

Oooh and hall. There's no room for useful things like a coat rack or shoe storage.

CMOTDibbler · 18/05/2023 14:05

Kitchen. Hence my garden has very big holes in it currently plus a mini digger. I'll then have a lovely big kitchen, a pantry and a spacious utility room

ItWasntMyFault · 18/05/2023 14:06

All of them! My house is too small but it's what I can afford.
