I can't work out the floor plan. Do you have to walk through the bathroom to get to the additional room? And where do the second set of stairs go?

Apart from the decor its a lovely house. You could turn the section next to bedroom one into a bathroom and then put the original second bedroom back

Yes it needs some work and that will cost money but can be done in someones own time, not rush it.

And 2 people earning minimum wage could borrow enough to buy that comfortably.

The stairs to upstairs are in the kitchen, its not the wooden ladder stairs

I can imagine at Christmas it could look beautiful with trees and candles and decorations if done right. At first glance it’s awful but actually now I’ve imagined it done up for Christmas I quite like it

What I really like is the house is a flourish of absolute ridiculousness but the garden's just a load gravel, wooden fencing with a bit of decking. I'd have expected, and hoped for, at least a hint of a moat.

A moat, a drawbridge, shields on the fences, maybe some gallows.

The large gravel area appears to be in the front of house rather than the back? Unless that's the back door but but in that case I can't see any pictures of the front? You can see next doors car, it looks like the front of the other houses, and the porch all imply that's the front. The plan shows a door at the back of the house but I can't see any picstures of that/where it leads?

Nope, both external pics are of the same side of the house. Just had a squizz on google maps, the back gardens are absolutly tiny
